Terrace Lane Partners, founded by Daria Culver, is a boutique interior design studio known for creating unique, timeless spaces that reflect the personalities of those who live in them. Founded in 2023, the studio takes on only a limited number of projects each year, allowing Daria to be personally involved in every aspect of the design process.
With a focus on flow and layouts, texture and emotional resonance, the studio blends new and vintage elements to create spaces that evolve over time, never feeling staged. Collaborating with architects, landscape designers, and skilled craftspeople, Daria ensures every detail aligns with the broader creative vision. The result is a home that is distinctive, lived-in, and deeply personal, showcasing the very best of its owner’s collections and character.
Terrace Lane Partners spans comprehensive renovations, custom cabinetry and millwork, kitchen and bath design, and whole-home furnishings—often within complex, multi-year construction projects that require close coordination with architects, builders, and specialty trades.

Daria Culver
Daria's career has always been rooted in creativity, beginning in New York City as a fashion buyer for top department stores. She then transitioned into event planning, working on private events for her clients and organizations in the Hamptons, New York City & throughout Westchester County. In 2018 after rebuilding her own home, Daria brought her expertise in planning, coordination and design to interior design, founding her studio in 2023 to craft bespoke interiors for residential homes.
Clients value Daria not only for her design sensibility, but for her ability to bring clarity and calm to what can otherwise be an overwhelming process. She serves as a trusted advocate, helping clients navigate trade-offs, sequencing, and budget decisions with transparency and confidence. Her role often extends beyond traditional interior design, acting as a strategic partner and steward of the project from concept through completion.

Concept Development: A Curated Vision
Once we understand your preferences and aspirations, we develop a bespoke design concept that reflects your personality, values, and way of living. To ensure clarity, we charge an hourly design fee per room, ensuring a clear and transparent pricing structure that reflects the unique scope of each project.
Design Refinement + Sourcing
This is where your vision takes shape. Daria guides the selection of furnishings, bespoke fabrics, and rare vintage finds to perfectly match the design concept. We collaborate with skilled artisans and trusted makers to ensure that every element is crafted with care and intention. A highlight of the process is visiting carefully selected showrooms and galleries. Whether it is deciding on finishes or browsing furniture, accessories and art, the studio will be there to assist.
Project Execution + management
Execution is where vision turns into reality. From coordinating trusted craftsmen and contractors to overseeing the delivery of bespoke pieces, we handle every detail with utmost care. Daria remains closely involved, overseeing the installation process to ensure every element is completed with precision.
